My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a really comfy bed and lots of pillows, although being on the third floor overlooking Elm Street could get a bit noisy. The service was top-notch, with the hotel staff being very comforting and excellent at all times. The location was very convenient for walking to various downtown destinations and excellent to walk to the Bailey Convention Center. However, the dining experience was not brilliant as it was just a snack bar that was closed most of the time.
